Join award winning, Exeter based, PaddleBoat Theatre Company for a full day of play and creation. 
 
Imaginative young people aged 8 to 12 are invited to create a theatre show in just one day during October half term! 
PaddleBoat will guide youngsters through a full day of drama and storytelling activities to devise a brand new show.
The day offers children the chance to have fun creating with other children and professional artists to put together a piece of original drama and perform and perform this back to family and friends at the end of the day. 
 
The day will focus on Murder Mysteries! Work with PaddleBoat to create your own Murder Mystery - will the detective spot the clues and catch the killer or will the criminal get away with murder?
Use your imagination to create weird and wonderful characters, sneaky plot lines and fast-paced chase scenes! Will the audience guess whodunnit?
The day is for children aged 8-12 years old on 26th October – no previous theatre experience required.
The play in a day will take place in Emmanuel Hall, St Thomas, Exeter. PaddleBoat will be at the entrance to Emmanuel Hall to meet and greet children and parents/guardians. By purchasing a place on this theatre week you agree that your child(ren) must be signed in when they are dropped off and signed out when they are picked up by a nominated adult.
 
The performance at the end of the day will take place at 3.30pm at Emmanuel Hall. PaddleBoat will be at the entrance to welcome audiences into the building. We anticipate that the performance will finish by 4pm.
 
Refunds will not be given unless the booked space is filled by another customer.
